Each round closes at a secret second in its launch window, so nobody can wait for the last moment to swing the vote. When a round starts, IdeaPad publishes a fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of that close time plus a random salt. When the round closes, both are revealed.
Your browser checks every closed round below: it hashes the revealed close time and salt, and compares the result with the fingerprint published at the start. A match means the close time was fixed before anyone voted.
hash = sha256("YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.000Z" + ":" + salt)
